Maintenance Technician

Lane Press is looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants more than just a maintenance job. We're seeking someone who wants to develop valuable industrial maintenance skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

This is a 2nd Shift position with an additional 6% shift differential.

Pay commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair production equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians on larger repairs and projects
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive operation
• Work with PLCs, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems (higher skill level)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
• Reliable, self-motivated team player
• Experience with industrial production equipment preferred
