Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart specialty position located in the Chicago area. This role involves circulating for cardiovascular operating room procedures, with a focus on endovascular and cardiac open heart cases. The schedule consists of 10-hour shifts starting in late September or early October, with additional weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois nursing license, CPR certification, minimum of 3 years of core Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) circulating experience as a staff nurse. Experience with Epic electronic medical records preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience floating to the main Operating Room, scrub experience in CVOR.
• Additional Information: The position requires on-call shifts 3-4 times per month, with a callback minimum of two hours and within 30 minutes of the facility. Must submit with the Endeavor Health submittal form, updated resume, skills checklist, and two references from the last year. Active Illinois license and certifications are required, with credentials due the Thursday before the start date. Necessary clinical documentation includes CBC, D-dimer, and QuantiFERON Gold testing within the past 90 days.
