Divisional Quality Manager (Civil)

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full‑time Divisional Quality Manager to direct divisional quality programs and ensure compliance across all project sites. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit. We are offering a competitive annual salary of $85,000–$125,000 (depending on experience). For the right candidate, we are willing to negotiate the salary. The position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. QUALIFICATIONS Experience using quality tools including Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, LEAN, and FMEA. Background in the Civil & Excavation division or related construction fields. Ability to conduct daily monitoring of all divisional quality KPIs and topics. Willingness to perform site visits to motivate correct use of quality tools and programs.
