Job Summary
Pediatric Nursing - Pediatric Floor - The organization is seeking a Clinical Nurse II (Registered Nurse) to work on a pediatric care unit. This role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care for pediatric patients ranging from infancy to adolescence. The Clinical Nurse II will collaborate with an inter-professional healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based, and quality care delivery aligned with organizational values and standards.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license; current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of three (3) years of pediatric ambulatory experience; proficiency in operating clinical equipment and technology; experience guiding unlicensed assistive personnel; education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Preferred Qualifications: Orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, safety, evidence-based practice, and system effectiveness. The nurse will evaluate care practices, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and address complex clinical issues to enhance care outcomes.
