Work schedule
- Supervise restaurant colleagues to achieve operational goals
- Ensure correct and timely order fulfillment according to customer service standards
- Maintain high-quality product standards as per Little Caesars guidelines
- Manage cash responsibly and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
- Coach and motivate team members for optimal performance
- Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to thrive under pressure
