As a leader within the firm, you will be tasked with project management, client responsibility, and mentorship of others. Key Responsibilities Project management of all client-related assignments and tasks for each client. Mastery of complex financial planning. In-depth knowledge of tax planning, estate planning, investments, insurance, and other core services. Management of workflow execution and delegation to deliver timely work. Internal and external meeting preparation and lead communication. Enhance internal processes and workflows. Highly responsive to clients and team members via text, phone, and apps. Strong leadership and mentorship towards team members. Ability to answer complex client questions with polished communication skills.
