As a Landscape Install Crew Leader, you will be an essential leader of a team dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of landscaping tools and materials, contributing to projects that enhance the appearance and value of our clients' properties.

• Operate mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to perform lawn maintenance tasks.

• Trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage to ensure a neat appearance.

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscape materials, including irrigation systems.

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards.

• Experience in landscape installation or a related field.

• Ability to work extended hours, Monday through Friday.

• Familiarity with operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.

• Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.

• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed.

• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to safely access active job sites and navigate uneven terrain.
