Trauma-Informed Peer Support Advocate

Community Care Network

Community Care Network is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to work with Rutland DCF and families in Rutland County. This role leverages lived experience to provide hope, advocacy, and recovery-focused support within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with caregivers, attending court dates and meetings, and connecting families with housing, counseling, and essential resources while maintaining confidential EMR documentation and participating in supervision.
