This role puts you at the center of that work. You'll deliver evidence-based therapy to kids and teens across some of the most complex and meaningful clinical presentations in the field, within a practice that is driven by data, accountability, and genuine care for outcomes. Depending on the position, total compensation packages are dynamically structured and may include a combination of cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and professional opportunity. Compensation for this role varies based on geographic location and market data. Final compensation will be determined by factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
