Help Desk Technician

Salary: $41,600 - 49,920 per year Requirements:

• We require 1–3 years of IT experience; managed services provider experience is a plus.
• We expect working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, IP addressing, and firewalls, along with Windows OS troubleshooting.
• We look for hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Entra/Azure AD, and Group Policy.
• We need strong, professional communication skills for clear and calm interactions with clients and coworkers.

• We prefer candidates who demonstrate technical awareness in modern cloud and cybersecurity environments.

• This is a full-time, in-person role based in Medford, Oregon, and candidates must be able to commute to and relocate before starting.
• Help desk experience of 1 year and Windows experience of 1 year are required.

• We manage incoming help desk tickets and work toward timely, effective resolutions.
• We troubleshoot issues across networking, Windows fundamentals, and cloud services such as Office 365.
• We contribute to documentation and process improvements so each client interaction reflects our service standards.
• We participate in internal meetings, ticket cleanup, and triage work as part of our operations time.
• We continuously build our technical skills through certifications and ongoing training.
• We deliver customer service at a high standard and work as an engaged, cooperative team member.
• We report directly to the Tier 1 Team Lead.
• We dedicate about 85% of our time to technical support and 15% to operations.
