Job Description
Join Flowers Hospital, a 235-bed tertiary hospital with a strong community presence and exceptional payor mix, as we expand our urology services. We are seeking a talented urologist to join our distinguished team.
Position Highlights:- Untapped Potential: Serve a large, underserved population with extraordinary earning potential.
- Call Coverage: Manage a 10-day/month call schedule, with locum support provided as we expand our team.
- Flexible Employment Options: Choose between a hospital-employed position or joining an independent practice.
- Extensive Service Area: Cover a vast region with a population of 350,000, including southern Alabama, western Georgia, and northern Florida.
- Efficient OR Time: Enjoy readily available OR time with 7:15 am start times, custom flip rooms, and a focus on surgeon efficiency. Benefit from two new cystoscopy rooms and a lithotripsy room.
- Advanced Technology: Utilize three Da Vinci XI robots, with skilled robotics proctors available for training. Perfect for candidates with or without robotic experience.
- Experienced Support Teams: Collaborate with highly experienced nursing teams on dedicated med/surg and surgical floors, known for their longevity and low turnover.

We also welcome J-1 Waiver candidates, with up to 30 J-1 Visa Waivers typically available each year.
