SAP Fixed Assets Implementation Consultant Location: LA , CA – 50-75 % TRAVEL Length: 6+ months Start :ASAP Interview: Video Role Overview You’ll be working with members of the Global ERP Team to design and implement key financial processes as part of a Global ERP Transformation program. This initiative is a highly visible project sponsored by the client’s CFO to help the client achieve its Global expansion objectives. Specifically, you will support workstreams within the context of a larger Global ERP Implementation effort, mapping business requirements to solution capabilities with an emphasis on business transformation through process standardization. As a functional expert, you will help present your team’s findings to senior Finance stakeholders, guide the implementation of the recommended solution, assist in validation of the delivered end-product, and drive realization of desired business value. All important must haves/REQUIRED SAP FI and CO certifications is required CPAs or CA (CPA if US – CA if outside US) – prior CPA is ok Roles are business people who went into SAP Extensive experience on implementation and speaking with VP and above We need solid candidates with at least 12+ years of SAP experience (starting with hands on and having an ability to speak with senior VPs) who can lead and work independently. SAP FICO and SAP Management Accounting certification REQUIRED SAP Project systems and Asset Accounting certification is preferred but not mandatory. Requirements 12+ years of experience as an SAP Assets Consultant Demonstrated ability as a team leader with extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO application-based solutions; with demonstrated proficiency in multiple SAP modules, including consulting, designing, implementing, and leading significant tracks on larger projects. Demonstrated expertise with AUC projects, Equipment master and AA integration with FI Accounts Payable, FI-AP (Accounts Payable), FI-AR (Accounts Receivable, and Sales and Distribution) End-to-end Implementation experience in an Aerospace & Defense setting with Government FAR Preferences The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural drive to exceed immediate project requirements. A genuine passion for transformation and standardization, combined with relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills will be key to success. Empowered self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across workstreams. Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects. Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders. Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Certification in SAP FI/CO, and/or other SAP Solutions (preferred but not required).
