Party Coordinator

Job Summary The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! Our ideal team member will serve as the First Point of Contact at Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. Qualifications You love working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted Family Entertainment scene. You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You love talking to and selling value‑add to customers. All leads are responded to in a timely fashion, same to the next business day. You haven't met a goal you can't beat. You like booking sales three (3) months in advance. You excel at ensuring the customer experience is excellent. You have the ability and willingness to resolve conflict quickly and fairly. You sell the fun and work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups. You would do anything for your team. We strive for 100% guest satisfaction. Sales is all about relationships; your positive energy and "You Got It" attitude should lead to repeat business and great referrals. You must be able to represent Urban Air with fun and energy, telling guests about our attractions and how we make events awesome. You get to sell amazing party packages, follow up with guests, and ensure expectations are exceeded. You are passionate about winning, celebrate success, and work hand‑in‑hand with the Leadership Team to drive financial results. Safety first: you work in a well‑maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment. Other duties as assigned, including identifying needs, sharing ideas, and supporting teammates. Working Environment Non‑typical Family Entertainment environment with great food, attractions, and special events. Business casual dress code. Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
