Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for driving revenue by connecting customers with the right services and solutions. This role involves meeting with prospective and existing customers, assessing their needs, and presenting service options and pricing in a clear, professional manner. The Sales Consultant will prepare estimates, follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborate with technicians to schedule and coordinate work. Daily activities include answering inquiries, providing product and service information, supporting customers throughout the service process, and contributing to local marketing and outreach efforts. The role requires consistent on-site presence, strong relationship-building skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Proven ability in sales consulting and consulting to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions. Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering a positive experience before, during, and after service. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional written correspondence. Experience in service-based or home services sales (plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades) is highly beneficial. Comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools, and basic proficiency with standard office software. Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA, engage with customers in person, and collaborate with field technicians. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
