You'll work 2-3 days per week, providing direct support to students under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Caseload details will be determined in collaboration with school staff to ensure the right fit for your expertise.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLPA license, certification, or eligibility to obtain upon hire
• Previous school-based experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students, teachers, and families
• Adaptive, flexible, and eager to support diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP
• Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate therapy within the school day
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
