Responsibilities: Prepare and stretch pizza dough to order using proper techniques Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings consistently and according to menu specifications Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pizza station throughout the shift Assist with daily prep work including dough production, sauce preparation, and ingredient portioning Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen management Requirements: Previous experience as a pizza maker, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred Familiarity with traditional pizza dough handling and stretching techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler certification a plus) Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs About Us: Due Cuori Ristorante is a beloved Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Lake Park, FL, dedicated to serving authentic, heartfelt cuisine made with quality ingredients.
