Job description:

We are looking for the right RNs to care for multiple patients in their homes!

Danvers, MA: Male with vent and g-tube. Hours needed 10a-8p (flexible times) daily.

Reading, MA: Male with trach and vent. Hours needed Monday 4p-9p, Tue-Fri 3p-9p, Sat/Sun 7a-3p & 3p-9p.

Groveland, MA: Male with trach and vent, port, and G-J tube. Hours needed Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun 7a-7:30p.

What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities):

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in the comfort of their homes.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, medication management, and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation in compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

License: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts.

Experience: Previous experience in home health, hospice, or an acute care setting is highly advantageous (New grads with a passion for home health are welcome to apply!).

Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and clinical excellence.

Vehicle: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel to patient homes.
