We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily operations and support a dedicated team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing employee scheduling, managing payroll, maintaining client communication, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets customer expectations.

Work Environment

The operation runs seven days a week, with two scheduled days off and the expectation to work weekends. The start time is typically 8 AM, although the schedule may fluctuate based on external factors such as Amtrak schedules or delays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lorton, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
