• Manage inventory and ordering of office, breakroom, apparel, and employee recognition supplies.
• Create and distribute monthly employee newsletters and maintain digital displays and communication boards.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, site events, visitor lunches, and morale-building activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, product certifications, departmental resources, and company policy manuals.
• Coordinate temporary staffing needs, employee orientations, and onboarding activities.
• Manage employee and visitor ID badges, uniforms, photography, and recognition materials.
• Maintain emergency contact lists, roll call documentation, and critical site communications.
• Provide administrative support to site leadership, HR, and operations, including special projects, reports, and other business needs.

• High school diploma/GED required; an associate degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2 3 years of administrative, office, HR support, or customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, solve problems, and collaborate with employees, leadership, vendors, and visitors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
