The Opportunity

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospitalist physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Adventist Health Selma - Selma, California

• 62-bed community hospital; beds divided between pre-op, recovery, and ICU.
• 6-bed closed ICU with an annual volume of 600.
• Surgery, nephrology, ID, cardiology, GI, and podiatrist available for consults.
• 18-24 encounters per day per hospitalist and 2-5 encounters per night per nocturnist.
• No procedures required, but central line insertion is a plus.
• Intensivist on staff.
• Recipient of the Best Business Award from Selma Commerce Community.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
