Retail Operations Lead: In-Stock, Service & Team Coaching

JCPenney is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, responsible for driving store sales growth and overseeing Operations associates. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of retail leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. You will manage various operational tasks such as inventory counts, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop team performance.
