Job Title Concierge Security Officer Location Greenwich, CT Pay Rate $20.60 – $22.60 per hour Schedule Options Friday – Monday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Thursday – Sunday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Overview We are currently seeking professional and customer-focused Concierge Security Officers to join our team in Greenwich. This role combines security responsibilities with a high level of customer service, making it ideal for individuals who excel in both safety and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor access to the property and ensure all security protocols are followed. Conduct patrols of the premises to maintain a safe and secure environment. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or unusual activity. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents. Provide general concierge-style assistance as needed. Qualifications Prior security or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and overnight hours. Valid guard card (preferred). No experience necessary; retail, food service or hospitality background is a great fit.
