Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide learning at High Plains Elementary. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons, nurture social-emotional growth, and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom. You’ll observe and assess progress, adapt instruction to diverse learning needs, and build strong relationships with families through regular communication. As a team leader, you’ll mentor assistants, model best practices, and contribute to center-wide initiatives.
