Float Pool RNThe Float Pool RN is responsible for patient populations that include but are not limited to ICU, ED, Med-surg, and Telemetry, and must float between these areas. The Float Pool RN provides flexible nursing support throughout the organization in response to patient care and staffing needs. Qualified candidates must possess experience in either the Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit, along with Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience. Float assignments are determined on a shift-by-shift basis according to hospital capacity and operational demands.
