Internship, Process Analyst, Marketing Fleet Operations (Fall 2026)

What To Expect Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start August or September 2026 and continue through the fall term (ending approximately December 2026) or into Winter/Spring 2027 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full‑time (40 hours per week) and on‑site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full‑time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on‑site. Many students will be limited to part‑time during the academic year. What You’ll Do Design and develop interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to track and visualize key metrics around demo drive activity, vehicle utilization, and conversion rates across regions and markets. Analyze demo drive sales behavior by segmenting data across time, location, vehicle model, and configuration to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define KPIs and data requirements for fleet performance reporting, ensuring insights are aligned with business goals. Clean, structure, and validate large datasets from internal systems to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting. Automate reporting workflows. Produce clear, concise visualizations and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders and support strategic decision‑making. Support the identification of underperforming markets or vehicles by analyzing demo drive utilization, cycle time, and conversion funnels. Contribute to the development of a centralized marketing fleet analytics framework that can scale with future growth and new product launches. What You’ll Bring Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong skills in SQL and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and familiarity with data modeling concepts. A curiosity for data storytelling: you’re not just analyzing numbers but turning them into compelling narratives. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across marketing, sales, and operations.
