AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions with a strong focus on Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) in the banking domain. The role involves working closely with business users, clients, and cross-functional technology teams to analyze complex problems and deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Analyze complex business and technical problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions. Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and NLP models for enterprise use cases. Work on understanding and implementing banking-specific LLM use cases. Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and clients to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable AI/ML applications. Provide technical guidance and recommendations on AI/ML best practices. Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and LLM technologies. Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills Experience in application development and AI/ML solutions Strong, hands‑on knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms Proficiency in Python for model development and data processing Solid experience or working knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques Exposure to or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), preferably in the banking or financial services domain Ability to consult with users/clients and collaborate with technology teams to recommend advanced AI/ML solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
