In support of their needs, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager.Job Title: Senior Product ManagerJob Location: PleasantonWork Schedule: hybrid 2-3 days in officePay Rate: $90-100/ctc $70-82/hr W2, Based on experience, Open to C2C candidates as well.Responsibilities:The product team plays a crucial role in developing innovative ad products and data-driven solutions that empower advertisers to reach millions of shoppers with highly targeted ads while enhancing the shopping experience.Main responsibilities:Partner with engineering, data science, and technical design teams to launch products that meet the needs of both advertisers and internal cross-functional teams. Write clear product requirementsPrioritize the product roadmap, managing near-term product delivery while formulating a long-term product strategy to provide the most relevant measurement to Client AdvertisersAnalyze industry trends and industry standards, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail mediaNavigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market and increase adoptionBe an expert on the methodologies of measurement suite (search attribution, Incrementality measurement) and communicate impact of new launches or changes to data/methodology effectivelyWhat We Are Searching For:Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, leading ad-supported media experiences within the tech, retail, entertainment, or social media industriesExpert understanding of advertising measurement - standard media metrics, statistical models, attribution, a/b testing and incrementality. Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics and optimizations.Experience in launching and maintaining internal and external facing dashboards, including customer support and feature roadmap.Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights. Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Background in retail, retail media, media platforms, and/or ad tech data in areas of advertising or marketing measurement, analytics, insights, and data scienceStrong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
