Radiology - Cath Lab Tech

Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotating on-call and weekends. The unit has 2 labs and 8 staff members. There is a day shift 3-person team in each room. Patient ratios are a 3-person team per patient for caths and 1:1 for TEE/CVNs. Equipment used includes Cath Lab and EMR - Meditech. Typical procedures performed in this lab include Heart Caths, PE/DVT Thrombectomy, PVS, TEE with CVNs, Lexiscans, EP Studies, Ablations, and Implants. Candidates should have a flexible, caring, punctual, dependable, and consistent personality and be team-oriented. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. Candidates with additional skills will be considered first. Floating areas may include Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. Scrub colors: RN wear Royal Blue and Techs wear Ceil Blue. On-call requirements include rotating weekends and holidays.
