Experienced in Processing a Full Pipeline of Reverse Mortgages?
We’re looking for an experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team! If you have strong reverse mortgage experience, can independently manage a full pipeline, and know how to keep loans moving from application through closing, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Independently manage a full pipeline of REVERSE mortgage loans from application through closing
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Collect, analyze, and verify borrower income, assets, credit, and property documentation
- Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and efficiently clear conditions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan information in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Ensure loans are processed in accordance with FHA, HUD, investor, and company guidelines
- Monitor key pipeline milestones and proactively address issues to keep loans on track
- Provide a positive and professional experience for borrowers throughout the process
- 5+ years of recent REVERSE Mortgage Loan Processing experience
- Current experience independently managing a full REVERSE mortgage pipeline
- Strong knowledge of FHA, HUD, and reverse mortgage guidelines
- Experience working with senior borrowers and reverse mortgage products
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple files
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
