If you love crafting delicious, authentic pizzas and take pride in every pie that comes out of the oven, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order according to restaurant standards Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and attention to detail Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with prep work including slicing, portioning, and stocking ingredients Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Requirements: Prior experience in a pizzeria, Italian restaurant, or similar kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of pizza dough handling, stretching techniques, and oven operation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs About Us: Valentinas Italian Bistro is a beloved dining destination in Orange Park, FL, known for bringing warm, authentic Italian flavors to every plate we serve.
