Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist
RADIALL S.A.
RadiAll S.A. in Oregon is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with HR and line managers, and manage ATS postings. You will advise on market ranges, draft job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and guide offers while ensuring compliance with laws.
You will work closely with HR partners to optimize talent acquisition and support regional staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.
