Job Details Total Kitchen Makeover and Total Home Organization are seeking marketing representatives to engage customers in The Home Depot stores. The role involves walking 5 hours a day, greeting customers, and presenting kitchen and closet renovation options. Pay Hourly rate $13–$65 depending on leads generated. Bonus based on performance. Schedule Mon–Fri 10:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–8:00 pm Sat–Sun 10:00 am–2:00 pm and 2:00 pm–6:00 pm Evening and weekend shifts available. Educate customers on kitchen remodeling and home organization plans. Schedule free in‑home design consultations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Driver’s license (required). Customer service experience 3 years (preferred). Requirements Pass a background check. Valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work. Smartphone. Willingness to approach and educate customers in‑store. Active mobility—no desk work. Ideal Candidate Friendly and outgoing. Willing to learn. Self‑motivated. Energized by talking with people.
