QUALITY COORDINATOR, Full Time

Northern Nevada Medical Center is a 124-bed acute care hospital located on 23 hillside acres at 2375 E. This Quality Coordinator opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday schedule. It offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. The Quality Coordinator helps coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall performance improvement program. This includes supporting the corporation’s performance improvement process, identifying performance trends, as well as prioritizing, and recommending improvements. Performs oversight, monitoring and compliance with CMS Core measures and FMEA’s.
Analyze data and provide feedback to Director.
Assist Nursing leadership in developing tools to measure compliance (audit tool design, plan educate, collaborate implementation) evaluation and follow-up
Serve as a resource for Nursing leadership and staff, and Medical Staff as needed.
