Senior Snowflake Database Architect, (Hybrid), Albany, NY
Local candidates NJ/NY only
Database Architect is expected to design data infrastructure to extract and organize client enterprise data systems, bridges the gap between business needs and complex technology, ensures client data is secure, highly available, scalable, and compliant with our client policies and regulations.
Monitor client Snowflake credit usage, adjust resource monitors, and tune virtual warehouses
Manage Snowflake users and roles, enforce security policies, audit Snowflake access
Write and tune SQL queries, build Snowflake ELT pipelines, manage compute and cost, and configure security and governance
Build and update Informatica mappings, and configure workflows.
Perform unit testing and validate data integrity
Troubleshoot failures, tune performance
Documentation ETL process, security policies, system architecture, user guides and etc.
