Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team with 3+ years of experience. You will be responsible for the coordination of all the details before, during, and after trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including working with clients, drafting discovery, document filing and attending trials. Bonus opportunities in addition to a competitive salary. $37-$45 Hourly Compensation: Depends on experience. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions and CMC statements and file them with the court Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.) Organize exhibits, evidence and production documents Draft interrogatories and other discovery requests and responses Gather relevant information from a variety of sources Aid attorneys in trial preparation Provide assistance with case settlements Review medical records and bills. Knowledge and experience in lien tracking and management.
