Growth.Position OverviewReports To: Market Executive DirectorThis is a 100% on-site, center-based role.The Clinical Director is the on-the-ground leader of one of ANNA's centers — effectively the CEO of the clinic. You'll own the clinical excellence, day-to-day operations, and team culture of your center, leading a group of BCBAs and Behavior Therapists (BTs) who deliver NDBI-based care to children ages 18 months to 6 years.This is a role that blends deep clinical leadership with substantial operational ownership — the job is at least as much about running the clinic as it is about clinical supervision. Additional opportunities for growth are available to exceptional Clinical Directors looking for growth beyond the clinic environment.QualificationsRequired10+ years of experience in ABA, including 5+ years as a credentialed BCBA with an active Massachusetts LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) license, or the ability to obtain and maintain oneMaster's-level clinician; Ph.D. preferredExperience with clinical leadership and supervision of BCBAs and/or Behavior TherapistsExtensive experience working with children under the age of 6Commitment to a neurodiversity-affirming approach to clinical servicesComfort owning operational responsibilities such as budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization management — this role is as much operational as it is clinicalExperience with insurance-based services and knowledge of insurance billing requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferredExperience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER)Prior experience owning the full operational performance of a center, unit, or department (budget, staffing, KPIs)In-depth knowledge of behavioral assessment and interventionProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online file storage systemsIdeal CandidateYou are a clinician-leader who is equally comfortable running a supervision session and running a P&L.
