About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Growth to lead and drive ambitious strategies for business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion. This pivotal role is focused on shaping the future of education and skills, with a strong emphasis on sustainable growth, innovation, and organizational agility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business development pipeline, including both B2B and B2C, and will play a key role in increasing accessibility and providing diverse skilling opportunities that meet the needs of students, customers, and the industries served. The Executive Director will also be accountable for developing and executing growth strategies, fostering partnerships, and leading efforts to increase enrollment, funding, and sponsorship offerings. Candidates for the Executive Director of Growth position at the company should be experienced and commercially astute leaders with a proven track record in driving business development and delivering on growth targets.
