IT Support Specialist

Top Skills:

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience
• Windows OS
• Microsoft 365 troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote IT Support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues through a ticketing system
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Manage and update tickets with clear documentation
• Deliver strong customer service and meet service expectations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
