AAA Concrete, Inc. is looking for an experienced  Batch   Plant   Operator to join our team in Benton City, WA. We are a family owned company that values our employees.

The Batch Plant Operator assists in overseeing plant operations, including but not limited to maintenance, production, inventory control, safety, quality, environmental compliance. The Batch Plant Operator will perform any combination of following duties in a concrete mixing plant: Daily plant inspections, preventative and minor repair maintenance; operation of the loader; operation of the batching process. The Batch Plant Operator will ensure proper documentation of all incoming materials daily and is responsible for the operation of concrete batching process to insure the correct amount and sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement, additives, and water as required for material orders.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule Monday- Saturday
• Ability to work overtime
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Concrete Batch Plant operation - minimum 1 yr. experience
• Thorough knowledge of Command-Alkon software - minimum 1 yr. experience

This position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations required by AAA Concrete and the state of Washington for safe, environmentally-sound production of quality concrete products.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
