Managing Counsel, Healthcare Compliance

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Managing Counsel for Healthcare Compliance in Palo Alto to provide legal and compliance guidance across commercial, clinical, and patient-facing operations. The role involves advising business teams on healthcare professional engagements, patient programs, and regulatory requirements, while partnering to strengthen compliance frameworks and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely legal and compliance advice to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development, and other internal teams
• Advise on healthcare professional engagements, speaker programs, advisory boards, grants, and investigator relationships
• Counsel on patient support programs and interactions with patient organizations
• Partner with Head of Compliance to redesign healthcare professional engagement model and fair market value frameworks
• Develop and deliver role-based compliance training and policies for business and affiliate teams

Requirements

• Healthcare compliance and regulatory law expertise, particularly fraud and abuse and promotional rules
• Experience advising on healthcare professional engagements and patient support programs
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry codes and standards
• Ability to communicate complex legal guidance clearly to non-legal audiences
• Experience developing compliance policies, training programs, and practical guidance
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
