This role involves providing professional nursing care within the surgical department, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical standards during procedures. The position requires flexibility in scheduling with no set block shift pattern. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: RN License, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years current OR experience, no minimum experience required, and applicable location requirements. Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care, assisting in surgeries, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: EPIC Radiant experience, Critical Care Certification, trauma course. Float: Float rotation may be required. Submission Requirements: Candidates must have prior employment history with Johns Hopkins facilities noted in their work history, and must verify no employment gaps of at least 1 year if previously employed by any Johns Hopkins facility.
