Individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. Documentation of clinical care of all sessions. Collaboration with physicians, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental‑health professionals. The schedule and patient load are flexible: clinicians determine patient frequency and session length and typically work Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No on‑call responsibilities or time spent on billing/collections. Licensure, Education & Experience Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado or Massachusetts. Experience treating patients with behavioral health issues (mood, anxiety, personality, substance misuse, etc.) under the supervision of a consulting psychiatrist(s). New graduates are welcome. Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP‑BC exam(s). Leadership & Advancement Opportunities to advance to senior psychotherapist or site supervisor roles with OMH’s clinician‑led company.
