Memory Care Sales Manager

Job Description Join Brookdale as a Sales Manager. You will guide families and older adults through the sales journey, collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads, and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that help achieve community revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities Guide families and older adults in the sales journey from interest to move-in. Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal, religious, and business partners. Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve community revenue and occupancy targets. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of experience and education required. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
