What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, within your scope of practice
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Assist ancillary staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Document patient information accurately and timely
Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and care priorities

What You Need

Valid Louisiana LPN license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

About the Assignment
This position involves providing essential nursing care to patients in a reputable healthcare facility in Baton Rouge. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, personalized patient care while promoting safety and compliance with healthcare regulations. You will work a 12-hour day shift supporting a diverse patient population with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
