The company continues to grow as a modern, creative destination for distinctive, design-driven jewelry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Jewelry Designer role based in New York, NY. The Lead Jewelry Designer will oversee the end-to-end design process for custom and collection-based pieces, from initial concept and sketches through to final technical specifications. Responsibilities include developing new design concepts aligned with brand vision, creating detailed drawings and CAD models, and collaborating with production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. The role involves guiding junior designers, providing feedback on design work, and maintaining consistent design standards across online and in-store collections. The Lead Jewelry Designer will partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to translate customer trends and brand direction into commercially viable, innovative jewelry designs. Qualifications Strong jewelry design foundation with proven expertise in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry concepts. Ability to create clear visual concepts using Drawing and Product Design skills. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for detailed technical renderings and production-ready files. Experience designing custom and personalized pieces in gold and silver, with an eye for quality, wearability, and brand fit. Background in fine arts, jewelry design, industrial design, or a related field; relevant degree or formal training preferred. Previous experience in a lead or senior design role, including mentoring designers and collaborating with production teams. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail and DTC environment.
