Brand & Client Experience Coordinator

ALEOLI Me Time Studio is a boutique wellness and lifestyle concept in Katy, TX, bringing together Pilates, yoga, a specialty coffee shop, and supervised Playcare under one roof. We are looking for a creative, organized, proactive Brand & Client Experience Coordinator who can help bring the ALEOLI brand to life while creating meaningful experiences for our clients. This is not simply a social media position. We are looking for someone who understands branding, marketing, community, and customer experience and who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea to execution. What You'll Do Brand & Marketing Help maintain a consistent ALEOLI brand across Studio, Café, and Playcare Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal launches, and special initiatives Work closely with our content/social media team to plan intentional content days Create and coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns Create branded materials using Canva, including promotional graphics, signage, emails, and in-studio materials Help maintain and organize our marketing calendar Research trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the brand Support new product, menu, membership, and program launches Client Experience & Retention Help create an exceptional experience from a client's first visit through becoming a long-term member Follow up with new clients and intro-offer clients Monitor client engagement and identify members whose attendance is declining Coordinate re-engagement and retention campaigns Help collect client feedback, testimonials, and Google reviews Celebrate client milestones and identify opportunities to make members feel recognized and valued Community, Partnerships & Events Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners Coordinate collaborations, events, workshops, pop-ups, and brand activations Identify new opportunities to increase ALEOLI's visibility within the Katy community Help execute events from planning through completion Performance & Organization Track key marketing, retention, and client-experience metrics Provide a simple weekly report highlighting completed projects, results, opportunities, and priorities for the following week Manage multiple projects and deadlines without requiring constant follow-up Take ownership of assigned areas and proactively identify what needs attention Who We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, customer experience, hospitality, wellness, events, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing Experience with Canva and email marketing platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects Creative with a strong eye for branding and presentation Comfortable analyzing basic marketing and customer data Warm, confident, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people Self-motivated and able to work independently Someone who sees something that needs to be done and takes initiative What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who goes beyond completing a checklist.
