Puritan Cleaners, Richmond's premier dry cleaner, is seeking courteous and energetic Front Counter Associates to provide a premium experience for our clients. Be part of a team that has been voted Richmond's Best for 40 years and recognized as One of America's Best Cleaners.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and assist with drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Inspect garments and enter details in our point-of-sale system.
- Deliver top-quality service and support community initiatives like Coats for Kids.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and service-focused environment.

Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.
- Community-oriented and dependable.
- Attention to detail and a neat appearance.
- Available for afternoon/early evening shifts and alternating weekends.
- Willingness to learn and support others.
- Retail/customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and garment handling.
- Occasional sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and stooping.
Attire
- Company shirts provided; additional shirts at reduced cost.
- Navy, khaki, or black slacks or fingertip-length shorts/skirts.
