Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Cook to join our team at Doubletree TCC, with a focus on grill cooking. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes, following recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality food production for our guests.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook, with a specialization in grill cooking, in a professional kitchen setting.
- Knowledge of various grilling techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Possession of a food handler's permit or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill dishes according to menu specifications and recipes.
- Ensure that all grilled food meets the established quality standards.
- Assist in managing and organizing inventory for the grill section.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the grill area and kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
