Labcorp seeks a PRN phlebotomist for a patient service center in Palatka, Florida. The role involves performing blood collections, specimen processing, patient service, and administrative duties with a flexible schedule working up to 19 hours weekly.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient data accurately and process billing information
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
