Campus Maintenance Technician Full-Time

Full-Time Mondays through Fridays Maintenance 7:30am to 4:00pm

Who You Are:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude to act as our Maintenance Tech. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the troubleshooting and intermediate repair of apartments and public areas, along with the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of semi-skilled tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
